The HELP Initiative of Delaware is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to helping low-income Delawareans. Focusing on issues like crime, weatherization, neighborhood lighting, home health and safety, housing improvement, and energy education, we seek to improve the living standards of our most vulnerable neighbors.

These interventions are typically done at no cost to our clients. By making these homes more energy efficient, we enhance the disposable income of people in that community.
